I’ve posted before about ACT – or Ashmore Park Community Togther and the Diamond Jubilee Fun Day we were organising  – we’ll we’ve done it and on Tuesday we’ll be welcoming the community to enjoy the fun.

Last Friday myself and Simon Hamilton of Wednesfield and Fallings Park LNP we on Radio WCR  talking about the effort everyone has gone to, to make the day happen and invite everyone from the city along to celebrate with us.

We’ve arranged features on websites and facebook pages and posters and flyers drops as well as the radio interviews to reach out as far into the community as we can.

I’m really looking forward to the day, we’ve raised enough money for all of it to be completely free of charge for all and  this is really is a fantastic example of what can be achieved when the community works together.
